Late-booking fees apply to courses arranged close to your practical test: £150 when your test is 15–29 days away, or £250 when your test is within 14 days. There is no fee when your test is 30 or more days away. Any late-booking fee is worked out from your test date on the enquiry form and shown separately from the course price. The DVSA practical test fee is not included.
Driving in Skegness
Skegness is roughly 40 miles east of Lincoln, about an hour's drive, and I travel over to deliver the course myself.
The A158 from Lincoln and the coastal A52 are the main routes in, so course time covers faster open roads as well as town driving.
Seafront and town-centre roads mean pedestrian crossings, parked cars and busy junctions, while the flat land inland gives long, straight rural roads.

What you need to know
- You must already have a DVSA practical driving test booked. Courses are planned backwards from your existing test date, and I cannot obtain or provide a test for you.
- All dates are subject to my personal availability. Courses are delivered by me — this is not an instructor-matching or course-management service.
- No management fee — the price covers your tuition.
- The DVSA practical test fee is not included.
- Prices for Skegness already include the £150 out-of-area delivery supplement.
- Hourly, weekly driving lessons are available in Lincoln only.
Automatic car availability
Automatic courses depend on a suitable dual-control automatic hire vehicle being available for every day of your course. An automatic course is only confirmed once that vehicle is secured.
The automatic price shown includes the current dual-control automatic hire allowance, so there is nothing extra to add later.
